As your lactation consultant my role is to provide you with evidence based information, education, support, guidance and encouragement to reach your goals and feel successful in your breastfeeding/chestfeeding/nursing/pumping experience. I maintain the highest levels of certification and strive to have a practice which is holistic, decolonizing, culturally humble and trauma informed. It is a privilege for me to connect with you during this exciting & exhausting transition in your life to provide your growing family with excellent education and care.

Lactation Consultations can include:
~ Researched and evidence based, individualized care plans
~ In the moment nursing assessment & support
~ Oral assessment of palate & tongue function
~ Recommendations to support/increase or decrease milk supply
~ Pumping and/or bottle feeding recommendations & support
~ Weight checks
~ Homecare plan
~ Care plan for returning to work
~ 3 days of lactation text support post appointment
~ Referrals for tongue/lip tie when indicated
